If your digital proof was not approved on time, your delivery date will change as stated on our website and in your digital proof. For this reason please always keep track of your orders through the 'my account' section on our website, and check your emails regularly for any digital proof emails after placing an order with us.
Your delivery address is a regional address which means it takes an extra day for delivery.

Your order was delayed in production due to an unexpected situation.
In this case, our team will notify you as soon as we are made aware of any delays. If you've paid for a faster turnaround, we'll refund the difference between the turnaround you paid for, and the turnaround that was achieved. In the case that you cannot use the order anymore due to this delay, only upon agreement with Helloprint can the order be returned to us or refused and then a full refund can be offered.
Your order was delayed while in transit with a courier due to an unexpected situation.
If a courier company experiences an unexpected delay this could change the expected delivery date of your order. You can always find the most up to date information through the track and trace link that you are emailed upon dispatch of your order.
Helloprint cannot be held financially liable for delays due to a carrier, however we will always do our best to help you by liaising with the carrier and assisting in any way we can to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible.
That being said, over 97% of our orders are delivered early or right on time, so don't worry about a thing!
