If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver your order, they may leave it in a safe place (e.g. within the confines of your property or with a neighbour) or they may take it back to the depot. After that, they’ll try delivering again the next working day, however after three unsuccessful delivery attempts the order will be returned to us. They may also leave it at a drop-off point (UPS for example have a network of Access Points) and this can be checked through the tracking link supplied to you. Be sure to take documentation such as a passport or driving licence to collect your package.
If you need to change the delivery address or date at this point, you’ll have to wait until the courier has made the initial attempt at delivery but without success. After that, just give them a call to make alternative arrangements.
Always check the tracking link you'll be emailed upon dispatch of your order, which always contains the most up to date information regarding the delivery status of your order.
