Of course, we don't want you to cancel your order. So, if there is anything we can do to help you avoid the need for cancelling, be sure to let us know by contacting us!
If you need to cancel your order there are two possible situations, and these are related to if you have paid for the order, or not.
1. Paid orders can be cancelled as long as you have not approved your online digital proof yet, so in this case, get in touch so we can help. In this instance, your refund will be processed back to your account within 5 working days.
However, if you have paid for the order and later approved your digital proof for production, the order is unfortunately unable to be cancelled.
2. If your order remains unpaid, you can request to cancel it via "My Account", choosing "Orders" and then "Order details" for the order you want to cancel. We will get in touch with you to attend your request.
