Of course we do not want you to cancel your order. Please contact us if we can help you to avoid the cancellation.
It is possible to cancel your order as long as you have not approved your digital proof yet or have not paid yet. Your refund will be transferred back to your account within 5 working days. Once you have paid the order and approved the proof, the order is in production. That means that it is no longer possible to cancel.
You can request to cancel your unpaid order in My Account by choosing "Orders" and then "Order details" for the order you want to cancel. We will get in touch with you to attend your request.
