Which deadlines should I take into account?

When you order the product, we show you the deadline. This depends on the delivery time you choose. At this deadline:

  1. the payment has been processed and
  2. your file has been uploaded and
  3. your proof is approved.

Every day that you miss the deadline, the delivery date will move up 1 working day.

You can find the deadline at the bottom of the page before adding the product to your shopping cart. The deadline is also in the confirmation email and you can find it at all times in 'My Account'.

Did you upload your files and did you approve the proof for the deadline? And has your payment been received in time? Then we will send the order on time so that it can be delivered on the chosen day.
